In the highly multicultural society many of us are working in today, there is a real need to develop leadership teams that reflect the ethnic and cultural make-up of our churches. Indeed, studies tell us one of the most effective ways to foster multiethnic churches is to develop multiethnic leadership teams. But that’s easier said than done. What are the challenges and pitfalls in creating multicultural teams and how might we overcome them?

There are also discussion questions provided after each video, along with some suggestions for where you might find more information.
