David Bebbington

David Bebbington is the world's pre-eminent historian of international evangelicalism and is Emeritus Professor of History at the University of Stirling in Scotland. He is the author of the well-known Bebbington Quadrilateral, which defines evangelicalism through its four key emphases: Bible, cross, conversion, and activism.

Stuart Piggin

Associate Professor
Stuart Piggin

Stuart Piggin was Director of the Centre for the History of Christian Thought and Experience at Macquarie University from 2005 - 2016 and continues as Conjoint Associate Professor of History at the university. He co-authored a prize-winning history of Australian Evangelical Christians and has been designated 'the historian of the Australian soul.'

Nicole Starling

Dr Nicole Starling

Nicole Starling is the Academic Dean and Church History lecturer at Morling College. Nicole is a member of the Evangelical History Association Executive and is Editor of their journal, Lucas. She completed her doctorate and post-doctoral fellowship through Macquarie University, focusing on nineteenth—and early twentieth-century Australian religious history.
